CBOE submits 19b-4 application documents for Canary SUI ETF to the SEC
ChainCatcher news, according to the SEC filing, Cboe BZX, a subsidiary of the Chicago Options Exchange Group, has submitted a proposed rule change (19b-4 filing) to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to list and trade shares of the Canary SUI ETF.
