B HODL is listed in the UK, raising $20,000,000 to launch a Bitcoin financial strategy
ChainCatcher news, according to The Block, B HODL Plc is a newly established UK company aimed at generating revenue by accumulating Bitcoin and leveraging its reserves.The company was listed on the London Aquis Stock Exchange on Monday, having raised approximately £15,300,000 ($20,700,000) to kickstart its strategy. The company's shares began trading on the AQSE Growth Market at 8 AM local time, with the stock code "HODL".The company is led by former lawyer and co-founder of the advocacy group Bitcoin Policy UK, Freddie New, who serves as CEO, and is supported by the UK Bitcoin exchange CoinCorner, which holds 14.3% of its issued share capital.CoinCorner CEO Danny Scott serves as the Chief Bitcoin Officer and director of B HODL. Additionally, Blockstream CEO Adam Back is listed as a major shareholder, holding over 25.5% of the company's issued share capital.
