ChainCatcher news, according to Jin10 citing South Korean media reports, the Chief of the Korean National Police Agency, Cho Ji-ho, and the Chief of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency, Kim Bong-jik, were formally detained on the evening of December 13.The Seoul Central District Court stated that there is a possibility that Cho Ji-ho and Kim Bong-jik may destroy evidence, and therefore issued a detention order.
