According to Bloomberg, the Dutch government has blocked the proposed acquisition of Dutch cloud service provider Solvinity Group BV by the American company Kyndryl, citing security concerns. Dutch Minister of Digital Economy Willemijn Aerdts stated in a letter to Parliament on Tuesday, "The proposed acquisition of Solvinity may pose a risk to the public interest." She also announced a "complete ban" on the transaction, which was already close to completion.
