ChainCatcher news, the Central Bank of the Russian Federation has included the public joint-stock company Moscow Exchange MICEX-RTS in the register of digital financial asset exchange operators (DFA), making the Moscow Exchange the first institution on this register.It is reported that only organizations listed in the DFA register are authorized to engage in activities related to digital assets.
