ChainCatcher news, Web3 Foundation member Joe shared the development roadmap for the asset parachain Statemint next year on the Polkadot forum, along with four main functional directions, including support for native parachain assets and bridged assets, next-generation NFT support, support for decentralized trading platforms, and more advanced asset/cross-chain functionalities.It is reported that Statemint is a generic asset chain jointly developed by the Web3 Foundation and Parity Technologies, which allows anyone in the Polkadot ecosystem to deploy various types of digital assets. It mainly consists of two modules: one is the Assets module for handling fungible assets, and the other is the Unique module for managing non-fungible assets (NFT). (Source link)
