ChainCatcher news, Frankfurt Stock Exchange listed company Tokens.com announced that it has made a tender offer to acquire 100% ownership of Metaverse Group. Currently, as the major shareholder of Metaverse Group, it holds approximately 55.2% of the issued and outstanding shares. Upon completion of this transaction, it will own 100% of the latter's shares. As of December 31, 2022, Metaverse Group had total assets of $6.1 million, including cash assets of $2.7 million and NFT assets of approximately $2.1 million, while Tokens.com had total assets of approximately $17.7 million, primarily investing in Web3 assets, crypto staking, the metaverse, and P2E games.
