There is alleged evidence that he may have played a key role in the FTX incident, as Caroline Ellison stated during her plea that Sam Trabucco was present for many of the misconducts that occurred in 2019. Notably, he only posted two tweets throughout the entire FTX incident, leading some Twitter users to speculate that Sam Trabucco is being pursued by law enforcement. (source link)
