ChainCatcher news, according to The Block, the developer of the modular DEX protocol Valantis, Valantis Labs, has completed a $7.5 million Pre-Seed and Seed round financing.Deven Matthews, co-founder of Valantis Labs, stated that they completed a $3.5 million Pre-seed financing in April 2023, with Cyber Fund and Kraken Ventures co-leading the Pre-seed financing, which was valued at $20 million. In September 2024, they completed a $4 million Seed round financing, with SevenX Ventures leading the Seed round, raising the valuation to $40 million. Other participants included Semantic Ventures, Figment Capital, Robot Ventures, Anthony Sassano, and Sandeep Nailwal.Valantis provides a modular framework that helps developers build decentralized trading platforms through composable "modules."
