The project previously launched the PC GOLD NFT series, which tokenizes equity in the listed company to achieve a digital representation of physical mining assets. Asteroid X co-founder Ben stated that this listing marks a deep integration of traditional mining and Web3 finance, and is an important milestone for the RWA tokenization model. "From Asteroid X to ASX, this step is not only a leap for traditional industries but also a validation of the integration of blockchain and real assets." It is reported that Asteroid X's physical company Web3in Tech-Lab has obtained Australia's IRD (Independent Reserve Digital) and Digital Currency Exchange (DCE) licenses, allowing it to provide a complete service for RWA projects within a compliant framework, from asset tokenization, compliant issuance, trading matching to settlement and circulation.
