Although early DePIN projects attracted considerable attention by designing token frameworks, token issuance may not be sufficient to ensure long-term participation of nodes in the network. If running a node is not profitable, node operators will no longer have the incentive to operate DePIN infrastructure. Therefore, the DePIN founding team must help optimize the costs for node operators.
