ChainCatcher news, according to The Block, the Base blockchain team under Coinbase has launched a new product called Basenames. This tool aims to make alphanumeric blockchain addresses more readable and will serve as an on-chain resume to help developers find partners.Users can register for Basename through wallets like MetaMask, Rainbow, and Coinbase Wallet, and customize their profiles. Basenames are similar to the Ethereum Name Service (ENS), but use the Base-specific domain extension base.eth. This product will be publicly launched a few weeks after the BaseCamp summit.
