链捕手消息，海南省地方金融监管局、人行海口中心支行、海南银保监局、海南省委网信办、海南省公安厅和海南省市场监管局联合发布风险提示，提醒投资者防范以“虚拟货币”“区块链”等名义的非法集资活动。
海南各金融管理、网信管理、公安及市场监管等部门对“虚拟货币”交易、首次代币发行（ICO）及变相ICO持续保持监管高压，将综合运用现场约谈、行政调查、封停网站、刑事立案等手段予以打击。
