成都公安：GUCS、麒麟矿机虚拟币案件共35人被采取刑事强制措施，多人被批捕
链捕手消息，成都警方通报，GUCS、麒麟矿机虚拟币系列案件立案侦查以来，先后对35名犯罪嫌疑人采取了刑事强制措施。其中，王某某等犯罪嫌疑人被检察机关以涉嫌诈骗罪、杨某某等犯罪嫌疑人被检察机关以涉嫌组织领导传销活动罪、林某某等犯罪嫌疑人被检察机关以涉嫌帮助信息网络犯罪活动罪批准逮捕。
公安机关已查封、扣押、冻结相关犯罪嫌疑人车辆、现金、多处房产等涉案财物。下一步公安机关将持续加大案侦工作力度，全力追赃挽损。受损群众携带本人身份证、转款凭证、虚拟币账户信息等与案件有关的资料原件、复印件，前往居住地公安机关报案，公安机关将根据报案资料核对受损金额。
此前8月消息，成都6人利用“GUCS”“麒麟矿机”虚拟货币实施犯罪被刑拘。（成都公安）
