美国参议员Gillibrand和Lummis发布加密监管法案
链捕手消息，据 CoinDesk 报道，美国参议员 Kirsten Gillibrand 和 Cynthia Lummis 发布加密监管法案，该法案有利于美国商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）作为监管机构，并消除用户使用加密货币购买商品的税收担忧。
据悉，该法案是美国两党首次尝试为数字资产建立全面监管框架，定义加密证券和商品之间的领域，允许加密公司在有限的规模和持续时间内测试新产品，要求通过数字资产销售筹集资金的公司向 SEC 披露具体信息。
此外，该法案规定对低于 200 美元的加密交易全部免税，将为稳定币、小额支付税和监管机构的管辖范围制定新的联邦法律。该法案需要在 2023 年通过国会委员会才生效。
