Fidelity has officially submitted a Bitcoin spot ETF application

ChainCatcher news, according to a report by CNBC citing relevant documents, financial services giant Fidelity has once again submitted an application for a Bitcoin spot ETF. In the submitted application documents, Fidelity stated that its launched Wise Bitcoin Trust (a spot Bitcoin ETF) will help American investors mitigate risks. It is reported that Fidelity first applied for a Bitcoin spot ETF in 2021, but was ultimately rejected by the SEC in early 2022. (source link)
