ChainCatcher news, Binance is hiring a European Policy Officer, whose responsibilities include "developing and writing new policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures" and being able to "clearly and persuasively communicate complex information."

Currently, Binance has posted several international job advertisements, including for a Deputy Director of Government Affairs in Spain and a Compliance Director in Thailand. (source link)
