dYdX: The dYdX Chain Testnet 3 will be shut down at 1 AM and Testnet 4 will be restarted shortly after

ChainCatcher message, dydx stated on social media that it will shut down the dYdX Chain testnet 3 today at 17:00 UTC (1:00 AM Beijing time) and will restart testnet 4 later this week. Before that, the testnet will be unavailable.
