Fox reporter: The SEC needs to wait for the final judgment on Ripple before it can appeal, which may take several months

ChainCatcher news, Fox reporter Eleanor Terrett stated on social media regarding "the SEC dropping all charges against Ripple CEO and Executive Chairman": "They (the SEC) cannot appeal immediately. They need to wait until the final judgment is over, which will be after the penalty phase ends. This could take months, meaning the Securities and Exchange Commission won't be able to appeal until next year."
