ChainCatcher news, the Chief Information Officer of Bitwise, the issuer of the spot Bitcoin ETF, Matt Hougan, stated that the Bitcoin allocation of institutional investors in the recently disclosed first-quarter 13F filings is just a "down payment." Most professional investors need 6 to 12 months to evaluate cryptocurrencies, following a pattern of due diligence, individual allocation, isolated client allocation, and full platform allocation stages.
