ChainCatcher news, the Tariff Commission of the State Council announced that starting from May 14, 2025, at 12:01 PM, the additional tariff rate specified in the "Announcement of the Tariff Commission of the State Council on the Imposition of Additional Tariffs on Imported Goods Originating from the United States" (Announcement No. 4 of 2025) will be adjusted from 34% to 10%, and the 24% additional tariff rate on the U.S. will be suspended for 90 days.

Starting from May 14, 2025, at 12:01 PM, the additional tariff measures specified in the "Announcement of the Tariff Commission of the State Council on Adjusting Additional Tariff Measures on Imported Goods Originating from the United States" (Announcement No. 5 of 2025) and the "Announcement of the Tariff Commission of the State Council on Adjusting Additional Tariff Measures on Imported Goods Originating from the United States" (Announcement No. 6 of 2025) will be discontinued.
