StableStock partners with Native to launch tokenized US stocks on BNB Chain, opening a new chapter in StockFi

2025-10-27 ------ The project StableStock, focused on on-chain stock liquidity infrastructure, announced today a strategic partnership with the next-generation decentralized trading platform Native to launch the first batch of stock tokenized assets worth nearly ten million dollars on the BNB Chain. The first batch of assets has gone live, covering "Mag7" top tech stocks (sTSLA, sNVDA, sAAPL, etc.), mid-cap popular stocks (sCOIN, sGLXY, sINTC, sCRCL, etc.), and emerging stocks in the DAT sector (sBMNR, sSBET, sBNC, sALTS, etc.), while also launching index and thematic assets such as sQQQ, sCOPX, and sBLSH, providing users with a panoramic on-chain investment choice from tech leaders to commodities and alternative markets.

Through this collaboration, users can now trade real US stock tokens in stablecoins 24/7 on the BNB Chain, experiencing the same price anchoring and settlement security as traditional brokers in a decentralized environment. These stock tokens are 1:1 pegged to real stocks and can be freely circulated and combined on-chain, marking the official introduction of traditional stock market liquidity into the DeFi ecosystem.

Users can trade US stock tokens on the Swap page of the StableStock official website or through partners (such as Native and OKX Wallet), easily achieving on-chain buying, selling, and exchanging. StableStock stated that this milestone not only expands the product level but also serves as the starting point for its long-term strategy— the "StockFi" vision.

"StockFi": A New Chapter in Stock Financialization

The term "StockFi" was first proposed by StableStock, meaning Stock + DeFi, representing a new financial system that realizes the financialization, programmability, and globalization of stock assets through decentralized technology. Over the past decade, currencies, commodities, and credit have gradually gone on-chain; StableStock believes that stocks—one of the largest asset classes globally—will be the next financial tier to be restructured.

From Vision to Implementation: StableStock's Three-Phase Roadmap

To promote the realization of the StockFi vision, StableStock has developed a clear three-phase strategic plan:

In the first phase, StableStock will build infrastructure connecting TradFi and DeFi, allowing users to directly purchase real stocks with stablecoins and launch transparency dashboards and Proof of Reserve (PoR) mechanisms. In the third phase, the project will fully open the protocol and liquidity, supporting external institutions and developers to build stablecoins, perpetual contracts, options, and structured products based on sTokens, promoting the global co-construction of the "StockFi" ecosystem.
