Strategy announced that the special shareholders' meeting is scheduled to be held online on October 28 at 10:00 AM (Eastern Time), with the record date for stock ownership set for September 25, where common stock shareholders will vote.

Previously, Strategy indicated that it plans to change the dividends for STRF, STRC, STRK, and STRD to be accrued daily, and related matters will be voted on at this shareholders' meeting.
