CACEIS, a subsidiary of Crédit Agricole, invests in Kriptown to promote the establishment of the European blockchain stock exchange Lise
ChainCatcher news, CACEIS, the asset services division of Crédit Agricole, announced the acquisition of a minority stake in the fintech company Kriptown, supporting its development of Lise, the first blockchain equity exchange in Europe focused on small and medium-sized enterprises.The platform is currently applying for regulatory approval under the EU DLT pilot program, aiming to simplify the corporate IPO process through distributed ledger technology, with the entire chain of securities issuance, trading, and settlement on the blockchain. The first IPO project is planned to launch in 2025.
