As of February 2, 2025, MicroStrategy holds 471,107 Bitcoins, with an acquisition cost of approximately $30.4 billion, and an average purchase price of about $64,511 per Bitcoin.

ChainCatcher news, according to official sources, Wu Jihan's mining company Bitdeer Technologies Group has released a prospectus, planning to issue up to 150 million Class A common shares, with a par value of $0.0000001 per share, for resale from time to time by B. Riley Principal Capital II, LLC of Delaware. The shares included in this prospectus consist of Class A common shares, and Bitdeer may, at its discretion, issue and sell Class A common shares to B. Riley Principal Capital II from time to time under the Common Stock Purchase Agreement signed on August 8, 2023, after the publication of this prospectus.In addition, Bitdeer stated: "We will not sell any securities under this prospectus, nor will we receive any proceeds from the resale of our Class A common shares by holders of the sold securities. However, under the purchase agreement, we may choose to sell our Class A common shares to B. Riley Principal Capital II after the publication of this prospectus, thereby obtaining total proceeds of up to $150,000,000."

Riley Primary Capital II, granting the right to sell up to $150 million of Class A common stock to B. Riley Primary Capital II.It is reported that B. Riley Financial is extensively involved in the investment and mergers of cryptocurrency mining listed companies.
