FinTax completes seed round financing and begins long-term ecological collaboration with YZi Labs

Cryptocurrency financial and tax solutions provider FinTax announced the completion of its seed round financing, led by YZi Labs, with participation from Amber, Hash House, Pundi AI, Waverider International, and Nexus Holdings, resulting in a post-investment valuation of $40 million. Previous round investors include Victory Courage, BGIN, Tools Factory, and individual investor Fan Chao.In recent years, YZi Labs has been continuously investing in stablecoins, RWA, payment, and institutional-level digital asset infrastructure. Leveraging FinTax's expertise in on-chain data processing, crypto accounting, cross-jurisdictional tax practices, and crypto asset financial auditing, both parties will explore long-term ecological collaboration around institutional-level financial and tax infrastructure, compliance standards, and emerging scenarios such as stablecoins, RWA, and payments.Following this round of financing, FinTax will accelerate the scaling of its five product lines, expanding its business from the Asia-Pacific and North American markets to Europe and the Middle East, and deepening the application of AI in complex financial and tax scenarios. FinTax will continue to promote the dual iteration of blockchain and legal systems across dozens of jurisdictions, enabling on-chain economic activities to connect with the real-world financial and tax systems.

OKX, in collaboration with Elliptic, SlowMist, and OttoSec, released the Web3 Security and Risk Control Report for the first half of 2026

According to official news, OKX, in collaboration with Elliptic, SlowMist, and OttoSec, has released the "Web3 Security and Risk Control Report for the First Half of 2026." The report points out that the focus of Web3 attacks is gradually shifting from smart contract code to more complex scenarios such as signature processes, user devices, operational infrastructure, and AI Agents.Data shows that in the first half of 2026, the OKX risk control system intercepted over 5.7 million high-risk transactions, including approximately 2.41 million transactions related to hacking and theft, about 1.48 million transactions related to phishing, and around 990,000 transactions related to fraud. The OKX Web3 on-chain intelligence label library currently has over 1 billion labels, covering more than 420 chains, and has integrated capabilities such as address screening, transaction monitoring, and sanction address control into infrastructures like DEX and Exchange OS.In addition, in terms of user protection, OKX has intercepted over 7 million visits to risky websites, completed over 200,000 device risk assessments, identified over 60,000 high-risk apps, and intercepted or alerted on over 4 million high-risk signature operations. The report also introduces the "risk control pre-positioning" design in scenarios such as Exchange OS, Outcomes, RWA, and Agentic Wallet.

hot_img The National Development and Reform Commission released the "Action Plan for the Cooperative Development of Artificial Intelligence," proposing eight major actions to promote global AI collaboration

The National Development and Reform Commission officially released the "Action Plan for the Cooperative Development of Artificial Intelligence," aimed at building an open, shared, secure, orderly, and collaboratively governed global artificial intelligence ecosystem. The plan clearly outlines eight core actions, comprehensively promoting deep international cooperation in the AI field from multiple dimensions, including data, computing power, algorithms, talent, and governance. At the foundational level of data and computing power, the action plan emphasizes the need to promote cross-border data flow and build a trustworthy cross-border data space, collaboratively constructing a high-quality corpus; at the same time, it promotes the interconnection of intelligent computing facilities, providing inclusive intelligent computing services to developing countries, and creating low-carbon intelligent computing infrastructure driven by green energy. In terms of industrial empowerment and ecological sharing, the plan encourages the co-construction of an international open-source community for artificial intelligence, promoting the sharing of general large models, basic algorithms, and tool components, and supporting countries in conducting localized innovation based on open-source models. By deepening "Artificial Intelligence +" cooperation, it aims to build a cross-national industrial cooperation platform, promoting the deep application and empowerment of AI technology in fields such as science, manufacturing, healthcare, education, agriculture, and governance. In addition, the plan also proposes the establishment of a joint training mechanism for top digital talent, collaboratively formulating occupational standards and skill certification systems, comprehensively enhancing public literacy, and jointly addressing the structural impacts of AI on employment.Regarding industry rules and technical security, the action plan advocates for the co-construction of rules and standards and collaborative governance for security. All parties will strengthen information sharing on cybersecurity threats and emergency response cooperation, researching ways to enhance the explainability, transparency, and safety of artificial intelligence. Finally, the plan emphasizes adherence to the technological ethics principle of "AI for Good," collaboratively constructing an ethical guideline system dedicated to eliminating algorithmic biases in the forms of racism, discrimination, and others. By promoting international governance cooperation in AI research, it aims to contribute public scientific products to the Global South, effectively serving the United Nations' 2030 Sustainable Development Goals.
