ChainCatcher news, according to CoinDesk, Japanese listed company Metaplanet has completed its 11th round of equity subscription, raising 10 billion yen (approximately 66 million USD), with Evo Fund acquiring a 14.9% stake thereafter.Metaplanet first announced the equity subscription on August 6, when Metaplanet's stock price was around 700 yen, allowing shareholders to purchase new shares at a discounted price of 555 yen per share. Metaplanet adopted Bitcoin as a reserve asset in May to hedge against yen fluctuations.
