Mind Network collaborates with Zama to launch the first A2A privacy payment solution based on Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) x402z

Mind Network announces the launch of its encrypted A2A (Agent-to-Agent) payment solution x402z. This solution is a deep collaboration between FHE technology leader Mind Network and Zama, aimed at addressing the fundamental conflict between blockchain transparency and the strategic privacy needs of autonomous AI Agents. Mind Network CEO Christian Pusateri stated, "x402z is the key payment layer for HTTPZ (Zero Trust Internet Protocol), providing the necessary privacy protection for the Agent economy."x402z integrates Zama's production-grade Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) technology stack with the ERC-7984 encrypted token standard, enabling "Blind Verification" of economic activities. Validators can confirm the compliance of transactions without accessing specific amounts, balances, or transaction intents. Zama CEO Rand Hindi remarked, "For AI to gain freedom, its computations must remain private. FHE grants them the right to think and trade in secret. x402z is the first step towards a privacy-centric autonomous economy."In response to the current issue of "excessive transparency" in blockchain leading to the leakage of strategies, cost structures, and IP of AI Agents, x402z provides the necessary privacy protection for the Agent economy, preventing Agents from losing their competitive edge due to data leaks. Additionally, through the x402 protocol, AI Agents can autonomously generate encrypted payment instructions and complete zero-trust settlements within Mind Network's FHE verification network. It is reported that Mind Network has already secured investments from well-known institutions such as Yzi Labs, HashKey, and Chainlink, and has simultaneously launched the x402z A2A Payment Alliance, aiming to unite leaders in AI and privacy to jointly build the privacy financial standards for the Agent economy era.

The Coinbase developer team has launched version x402 V2

According to The Block, the open-source payment protocol x402, incubated by Coinbase and designed for artificial intelligence (AI) agents, is launching a major upgrade approximately six months after its release.x402 V2 essentially transforms the originally simple single-call payment system into a mature, internet-facing unified payment layer. The V2 version includes a series of backend improvements aimed at making it easier to create customizable payment flows, better wallet and identity features, and support for "traditional payment systems."The biggest upgrade in V2 is the unification of x402's payment interface. x402 V2 standardizes the way networks and assets are identified within the protocol, "creating a single payment format that can be used across different blockchains and traditional payment systems." This means that x402 will "natively support multiple chains" by being able to support native tokens from other blockchains like Base or Solana without the need for custom logic. Additionally, the system is also compatible with "traditional payment systems" such as ACH and card networks. The updated system also introduces a dynamic "payTo" routing feature that supports payment flows such as usage-based billing, subscriptions, prepaid payments, and multi-step transactions. Developers can also inject "lifecycle hooks" for conditional tools or metric monitoring, and create more customized payment walls.

AIsa has accumulated over 10.5 million transactions on the x402 network, becoming the largest transaction contributor in the x402 ecosystem

According to real-time data from x402scan, the AI micropayment infrastructure project AIsa has now exceeded 10.5 million cumulative transactions on the x402 network, accounting for 15.9% of the total approximately 65.9 million transactions across the network. The weekly growth rate exceeds 200%, and this proportion has significantly increased from about 7% two weeks ago, making it one of the largest, fastest-growing, and relatively stable entities in the current protocol.Industry insiders point out that in the x402 ecosystem, "transaction count" better reflects the actual activity level of the network compared to "transaction amount." Unlike traditional payments, which are primarily based on high-value transactions, x402's core scenarios encompass API calls, model inference, data access, and other AI intelligent micropayments, exhibiting characteristics of high frequency, low value, and automation. The continuous growth in transaction count indicates that the protocol's invocation density in real production scenarios is continuously increasing.AIsa serves AI developers in real applications, applying x402 to real transaction scenarios, allowing various AI applications to call LLM Tokens, API resources, and data resources on demand. It is reported that AIsa currently mainly operates on the Base chain, and AIsa is working with the Coinbase Developer Platform (CDP) to promote commercial-grade applications. AIsa plans to expand to networks such as Solana, Polygon, and X Layer, gradually providing native x402 support to achieve higher concurrency and lower-cost AI Agent micropayment capabilities.

GoPlus: Discover multiple x402 ecosystem projects with risks, including excessive authorization, signature replay, etc

According to official news, GoPlus Security Research Institute conducted a detailed security risk scan on more than 30 x402 projects and community-reported risk projects in Binance Wallet and OKX Wallet, discovering that the following projects have issues such as excessive authorization, signature replay, HonyPot (PiXiu token), and unlimited issuance risks.FLOCK (0x5ab3): The transfer ERC20 function allows the owner to withdraw any amount of any token from the contract. x420 (0x68e2): The cross chain Mint function can mint tokens without restriction. U402 (0xd2b3): The mint By Bond function allows unlimited minting of coins. MRDN (0xe57e): The withdraw Token function allows the owner to withdraw any amount of any token from the contract. PENG (0x4444ee, 0x444450, 0x444428): The manual Swap function allows the owner to withdraw ETH from the contract, and the transfer From function bypasses the allowance check for special accounts. x402 Token (0x40ff): The transfer From function bypasses the allowance check for special accounts. x402b (0xd8af5f): The manual Swap function allows the owner to withdraw ETH from the contract, and the transfer From function bypasses the allowance check for special accounts. x402MO (0x3c47df): The manual Swap function allows the owner to withdraw ETH from the contract, and the transfer From function bypasses the allowance check for special accounts.
