HOPE has launched on the Ethereum mainnet. What are the ways for users to participate?

HOPE has now launched on the Ethereum mainnet. HOPE is a one-stop DeFi ecosystem built around the native crypto distributed stablecoin HOPE. After a successful public testing phase, protocols and features including HopeSwap, HOPE staking, and DAO are now officially available to all users. LT rewards will begin to be released after April 20, 2023, 8:00 AM (UTC+8).

This significant milestone has been achieved with the support of Coinbase. Coinbase is one of the largest and most compliant custodial providers in the world. As the first custodial service provider in the HOPE distributed reserve network, Coinbase allows HOPE investors to securely store their assets with reputable, independent, and regulated custodians in a non-mixed manner.

HopeSwap

1. Asset Swap

HopeSwap is the gateway for the general public to enter the HOPE ecosystem, allowing users to obtain HOPE and LT through on-chain AMM using mainstream crypto assets.

2. Liquidity Pools

Users can provide liquidity to existing trading pairs or create new trading pairs to earn 50% of the fees generated by HopeSwap.

3. Liquidity Mining

On this basis, LP Token holders can also stake eligible LP Tokens and receive LT rewards based on the corresponding Gauge weight.

HOPE Staking

Through single-asset staking, HOPE holders can earn LT rewards without incurring impermanent loss.

DAO

1. veLT

LT holders can lock their LT for a period of time to receive veLT (vote-escorted LT). The amount of veLT a user can obtain is proportional to the locking time. For example, locking 10,000 LT for 1 year, 2 years, 3 years, or 4 years will yield 0.25, 0.5, 0.75, or 1 veLT, respectively.

veLT holders will have reward multipliers and governance voting rights.

2. Reward Multipliers

Depending on the specific amount of veLT held, you can receive up to 2.5 times the LT reward multiplier.

3. Gauges

The distribution plan for LT rewards is determined by the corresponding Gauge weight, which will be updated after each voting cycle.

4. Current Liquidity Pool Rewards

Currently, the following liquidity pools can receive LT reward distributions based on their corresponding Gauge weights:

• HOPE Staking
• LP-HOPE-USDT Staking
• LP-LT-USDT Staking

5. Governance Rewards

25% of all transaction fees generated within the HOPE ecosystem will be distributed proportionally to all veLT holders. An additional 25% of transaction fees will be distributed proportionally to veLT holders who voted for specific Gauges based on the voting results.

LT Release Plan

LT is the incentive and governance token of the HOPE ecosystem, used to incentivize users to provide liquidity and participate in governance within the HOPE ecosystem.

The total supply of LT will approach one trillion.

Initial Supply: 40%

• 30% will be gradually released to investors and the team over 4 years, with all generated LT being locked again for 4 years to generate veLT for governance participation.
• 10% will be released to the Treasury and Foundation.

Remaining 60%

• Will be released according to a segmented linear plan, with the inflation rate decreasing by 1/8 each year.
• Compared to the initial supply, the inflation rate in the first year is approximately 23.87%, or 261.59 million LT per day.
• LT rewards will begin to be released after April 20, 2023, 8:00 AM (UTC+8).

Community governance is crucial for the growth and development of the project. Next, we will introduce an on-chain and off-chain governance proposal voting mechanism. veLT and LT holders will have the opportunity to provide feedback and suggestions on various aspects of the HOPE project and vote on many significant governance proposals.
