ChainCatcher news, QCP Capital's latest report indicates that the Deputy Governor of the Bank of Japan has downplayed the possibility of another interest rate hike in the near term, providing a recovery opportunity for the crypto market, although Ethereum's performance remains lackluster. In the short term, the Ethereum market may face upward pressure limitations, as Jump Trading continues to liquidate its ETH assets (remaining 21,394 wstETH, approximately $63.6 million), while two Ethereum wallets associated with the Plus Token Ponzi scheme have accumulated a total of 25,757 ETH (approximately $63.1 million) in the past 30 hours. QCP Capital remains optimistic about Bitcoin, noting a significant increase in call option buying for December and March expirations, with major funds also continuing to roll over their long call positions from September.
