CCTV News: Iran announces victory, the U.S. has made concessions on all negotiation conflict issues in principle

According to CCTV News, on April 8 local time, the Supreme National Security Council of Iran congratulated the Iranian people on their victory in a statement. The statement said that the United States has committed in principle to fulfill the following obligations:

• Guarantee no further military actions;
• Acknowledge Iran's continued control over the Strait of Hormuz;
• Accept Iran's uranium enrichment activities;
• Lift all primary and secondary sanctions against Iran;
• Terminate all relevant resolutions of the United Nations Security Council and the International Atomic Energy Agency Board;
• Compensate for the damages caused to Iran;
• Withdraw U.S. combat forces from the region;
• Cease all military actions on all fronts.
