Investigations revealed that the criminal gang formed a "ticketing" group relying on an overseas criminal organization, recruited card dealers through social media, and organized a "card dealer fleet" to collect cards domestically and complete cash withdrawals, purchase virtual currency, and other operations, allowing cross-border fund laundering without the bank cards leaving the country.
