According to official news, OKX, in collaboration with Elliptic, SlowMist, and OttoSec, has released the "Web3 Security and Risk Control Report for the First Half of 2026." The report points out that the focus of Web3 attacks is gradually shifting from smart contract code to more complex scenarios such as signature processes, user devices, operational infrastructure, and AI Agents.Data shows that in the first half of 2026, the OKX risk control system intercepted over 5.7 million high-risk transactions, including approximately 2.41 million transactions related to hacking and theft, about 1.48 million transactions related to phishing, and around 990,000 transactions related to fraud. The OKX Web3 on-chain intelligence label library currently has over 1 billion labels, covering more than 420 chains, and has integrated capabilities such as address screening, transaction monitoring, and sanction address control into infrastructures like DEX and Exchange OS.In addition, in terms of user protection, OKX has intercepted over 7 million visits to risky websites, completed over 200,000 device risk assessments, identified over 60,000 high-risk apps, and intercepted or alerted on over 4 million high-risk signature operations. The report also introduces the "risk control pre-positioning" design in scenarios such as Exchange OS, Outcomes, RWA, and Agentic Wallet.

Domestic DRAM storage IDM leader Changxin Technology will officially list on the Sci-Tech Innovation Board on July 27, with an issuance valuation of approximately 580 billion yuan and a total fundraising amount of 29.5 billion yuan, of which about 22.066 billion yuan is for equipment purchase and installation costs. Industry insiders believe that 2026-2027 is the golden window period for the introduction of domestic equipment. In terms of the supply chain, on the equipment side, North Huachuang has shipped a large volume of various categories such as etching and thin film deposition, Zhongwei Company continues to validate and mass-produce etching and thin film equipment, Huahai Qingshi CMP equipment has entered the core supply chain, and Jingce Electronics and Jingzhida testing equipment are benefiting simultaneously. On the materials side, Yake Technology precursor products cover advanced process needs, Guanggang Gas provides special gases and bulk gases, Jinhong Gas has a gas production order cycle of 15 years, Tongcheng New Materials ArF/KrF photoresists have entered mass production, Jingrui Electric Materials has a market share of over 40% in high-purity hydrogen peroxide, but high-end photoresists are still in the validation stage, and Debang Technology is in the sample testing stage. On the packaging and module side, Huatian Technology is a packaging supplier, Jiangbolong and Demingli have reached procurement agreements, while Maijie Technology is still in the introduction phase. Morgan Stanley missed the lead underwriting qualification for SK Hynix's $26.5 billion IPO, having previously released multiple bearish reports on the South Korean semiconductor industry

According to South Korean media outlet Chosun Ilbo, Morgan Stanley was not selected as the sole lead underwriter for SK Hynix's American Depositary Receipts (ADR) listing. The transaction size is approximately $26.5 billion (about 40 trillion Korean won), making it the largest IPO for foreign capital in the U.S. The commission, calculated at a 0.5% underwriting fee rate, is about $130 million. The final underwriting syndicate consists of Bank of America, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, and JPMorgan Chase. Industry insiders generally believe that Morgan Stanley's exclusion is related to its repeated issuance of bearish reports on South Korean semiconductors. The report's author is Korean-American Managing Director Shawn Kim, who has repeatedly downgraded the stock ratings of memory stocks such as Samsung Electronics, SK Hynix, and Micron in research reports published in 2017, 2021, 2024, and on June 6 of this year, with the 2021 report titled "Memory, Winter is Coming." Additionally, Morgan Stanley has recently faced setbacks in South Korea: as a co-underwriter for the SpaceX IPO, Korea's Mirae Asset applied for $1.14 billion in subscriptions but received zero allocation; the sale of IGIS Asset Management, promoted in conjunction with Goldman Sachs, also ended in failure. Morgan Stanley's largest shareholder is Japan's Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG), which holds approximately 24% of the shares.
