first_img Cross-chain stablecoin bridge Cashmere announced its roadmap, which will launch Mountain and the token $CSM

Cross-chain stablecoin bridge Cashmere announces expansion plans, with the automated liquidity product Goat LP set to open to all users, followed by the launch of the main product Mountain and the token $CSM. Cashmere Bridge currently supports zero-slippage stablecoin transfers across 16 chains, and Goat Street features 6,666 goat NFTs on the Robinhood Chain. The team states that there is currently no official $CSM, and the related arrangements are part of the current plan and may change.Goat LP targets Uniswap v3 and v4 positions on the Robinhood Chain, with positions remaining in users' wallets as Uniswap NFTs. Automatic reinvestment incurs a 10% reinvestment fee, with Gas covered by the project team; automatic adjustment of ranges and automatic exits both incur a 0.15% fee. The official description refers to it as experimental software. The Mountain code has completed testing and will undergo external auditing before going live. Barn is a soulbound NFT with a maximum of 10 slots, and after issuance begins, new $CSM will be distributed every second. Goat NFTs can be permanently bound to receive issuance shares and cannot be sold or withdrawn after binding. The plan is to issue 1,000 founding Barns, with a guaranteed slot price of 0.125 ETH, whitelist at 0.25 ETH, and public auction prices dropping from 1.5 ETH to 0.25 ETH. $CSM will begin trading through the official Uniswap v4 ETH pool, while market making and tokens on Anvil have been canceled and redeployed due to technical issues. The maximum supply is planned at 666 million, with 10% allocated for official pool liquidity, 25% for the team and treasury with designated ownership, and 65% issued as the system operates. The team also plans to airdrop to Barn participants, Goat Street activators, and early users, with wallets that have listed goat NFTs on OpenSea being excluded.

first_img Venture capital firm USV announced the establishment of a new fund worth 900 million dollars

Venture capital firm Union Square Ventures (USV) announced the establishment of a new fund totaling $900 million to support companies that are innovating on the edges of large markets reshaped by technology. USV stated that the previous core fund was $275 million; this expansion aims to lead more rounds and support companies for a longer time in the AI era, as well as invest in areas such as robotics, manufacturing, and energy that require more capital. The number of investments from the new fund will be roughly equivalent to previous ones.USV founders Fred Wilson and Brad Burnham articulated their early investment thesis to limited partners in 2004, arguing that investments should be made in early companies that leverage the internet infrastructure that was already widespread at the time and add value to widely available core technologies. Based on this, USV made early investments in Twitter, Twilio, Etsy, MongoDB, and Coinbase. This announcement was co-signed by Nick Grossman, Rebecca Kaden, Michael Mignano, and Fred Wilson.USV stated that the core investment team also includes long-time investors Nick Grossman, Nikhil Raman, and newly joined general partner Michael Mignano (co-founder of Anchor), venture partner Jared Hecht (co-founder of GroupMe and Fundera), and product advisor partner Scott Belsky (co-founder of Behance and former Chief Product Officer of Adobe).

R25 Studio launches public testing: Fund establishment compressed from several months to 10 minutes, on-chain asset management enters the programmable era

R25 today announced that its core product R25 Studio, based on the 2 architecture, has officially launched public testing. R25 Studio is dedicated to realizing the vision of "everyone can become an asset manager," fully opening up the capabilities for the establishment, operation, and distribution of institutional-level funds. By abstracting cumbersome legal documents, backend systems, and compliance processes into configurable smart contracts, R25 Studio has successfully compressed the fund establishment cycle from several months to just 10 minutes. The platform revolves around Build, Manage, Earn, and Distribute, covering Vault creation, subscription and redemption, investment management, fee earning, and distribution; asset managers can autonomously set investment parameters, management fees, and performance fee rates on-chain without building complex fund structures from scratch, generate exclusive Vault Tokens/Shares, and list the Vault on channels such as Dapp and Topnod. The platform also provides performance data such as NAV, APY, cumulative returns, and maximum drawdown, helping asset managers monitor strategy performance in real-time.Previously, in Phase 1, Axil launched a private credit Vault on R25 and successfully surpassed $130 million in TVL, validating the reliability of this infrastructure. The registration channel for the first batch of managers is now open.

Justin Sun announced the establishment of the "Justin Sun Award" and announced the first batch of winners, with the OpenAI team receiving the top prize of 1 million USD

The founder of TRON, Justin Sun, announced the official establishment of the "Justin Sun Award" and revealed the first batch of winners. This is the world's first zero-trust, decentralized academic reward mechanism based on a "problem list," with significant breakthroughs in fundamental disciplines and machine formal verification as the sole criteria for awarding, with a maximum prize of up to 1 million dollars for a single problem.Justin Sun stated that the award aims to initiate a new scientific incentive paradigm centered on machine verification, powered by human-machine collaboration, and driven by decentralized rewards, striving to create a Nobel Prize for the AI era.The top prize of 1 million dollars was awarded to the OpenAI research team in recognition of their completion of the "Existence and Smoothness of the Navier-Stokes Equations" solution and formal proof. Other awarded achievements include the Sandorff Conjecture, Erdős Disjoint Subset, and other problems, involving a total of 66 mathematical problems. It is reported that the "Justin Sun Award" is open to all contributors, with no identity restrictions; both humans and AI can win, but only the first completer of the listed problems will be awarded. The problem list and proof materials are publicly available on GitHub, and the prize is recorded on-chain. The award covers mathematical progress made from January 1, 2026, onwards; those who complete formal verification of previously solved problems afterward can also win.
