Aethir infrastructure undertakes a $260 million enterprise contract with Axe Compute

Axe Compute Inc. (NASDAQ: AGPU), a publicly traded company on NASDAQ, announced that it has signed a 36-month AI infrastructure contract with an enterprise client, with a total contract value of approximately $260 million. The deployment includes a dedicated cluster of 2,304 NVIDIA B300 GPUs and a high-speed AI storage system, expected to officially launch in the third quarter of 2026 at a Tier 3 data center in the United States. This is the largest single enterprise contract since the establishment of Axe Compute.Axe Compute's underlying computing power infrastructure is supported by Aethir's decentralized GPU cloud. The contract includes a dedicated 4.8 megawatt N+1 redundant power supply, with deployment locations and service standards specified by the client, utilizing a structured payment arrangement. Daniel Wang, co-founder and CEO of Aethir, stated that this contract is the result of months of deep collaboration between the two teams: "The enterprise-grade workloads supported by 2,304 NVIDIA B300 GPUs are exactly the scale we aimed for when building Aethir's computing power infrastructure. Today's announcement proves that decentralized GPU infrastructure is capable of handling AI workloads from the world's top enterprises."After the announcement, Axe Compute (NASDAQ: AGPU) experienced significant stock price volatility, with an intraday increase of over 166%, reaching $14.47, and the trading volume exceeding one hundred times the average daily level over the past three months.

The decentralized GPU computing infrastructure Aethir officially launches managed Kubernetes services

The decentralized GPU computing infrastructure Aethir officially launched its managed Kubernetes service today, strategically extending into the enterprise AI infrastructure market.Kubernetes (K8s), as the "gold standard" in the open-source container orchestration field, can automate the management of large-scale server clusters. Aethir's move aims to provide global AI teams with a high-performance development environment that is ready to use without the hassle of managing underlying hardware. The core features of Aethir's managed Kubernetes service include: minute-level cluster deployment: enterprises can launch GPU-supported Kubernetes clusters in minutes through a self-service API; high-end GPU support: offering the latest generation of GPUs such as NVIDIA H100, H200, B200; transparent pricing: starting at $1.45/hour with no outbound data transfer fees; enterprise-grade security: zero-trust access control, RBAC, and complete audit logs.Aethir offers a pricing model that is lower than traditional centralized cloud providers. By eliminating redundant intermediary premiums and high virtualization taxes, Aethir has reduced overall computing costs by 60% to 80%. Aethir's decentralized infrastructure spans 95 countries and regions globally, with 435,000 GPU containers providing low-latency computing access across more than 200 physical nodes, serving over 150 enterprise clients.

Vitalik calls on the Ethereum community to shift their mindset, adhere to core principles, and rethink application design from scratch

Ethereum founder Vitalik stated, "I think it's a good thing for the Ethereum community to have a bolder and more open mindset, especially regarding the application layer and how we view our place in the world. We should not compromise on core attributes: censorship resistance, open source, privacy, and security (CROPS). Especially at the application layer and in the interface between Ethereum and the outside world, we should be more willing to thoroughly rethink various concepts and step out of our comfort zone.Last year, we began to prioritize privacy and give it equal importance to other types of security. This means that the Ethereum application stack will undergo fundamental changes, as the entire stack has not been built around privacy so far. Great, let's build a completely different Ethereum application stack. An example this year is rethinking the role of L2 from scratch and determining which types of L2 can truly create the greatest synergy and benefits with Ethereum. This also includes cultural factors. For me and others, this is an important part of the "milady" concept. Write down your inherent notions of "decency," crumple them up, and burn them. This mental cleansing will lead to an intellectual cleansing, thereby sparking greater creativity and broadening perspectives. For a long time, our algorithm on Ethereum has been: we have an existing ecosystem, what should we do next to make it better? Now, our algorithm should be: we have a fantastic L1 layer, and it will become even better; we have more and more tools, including those developed inside and outside the ecosystem; based on what we currently know, what is the most valuable? If you were to write the section on applications from the 2014 Ethereum white paper, starting from first principles in areas like DeFi, decentralized social, and identity verification, what would you write? At the very least, please exclude all path dependency issues, assuming the Ethereum chain is currently unused, and you are the first to propose or build the first applications, and see what you would ultimately write. Even if you are currently building existing applications, please do this. This is the secret to revitalizing Ethereum."

Axe Compute completes corporate restructuring, and the enterprise-level decentralized GPU computing Aethir officially enters the mainstream market

Predictive Oncology announced its official name change to Axe Compute and will trade on NASDAQ under the ticker symbol AGPU. Axe Compute will operate as an enterprise-level operator, commercializing Aethir's decentralized GPU network to provide enterprise-grade computing power services with guaranteed capabilities for AI companies.According to official information, Axe Compute's enterprise computing power business plan will be supported by the Aethir Strategic Compute Reserve, aimed at meeting enterprise clients' needs for GPU reservations, dedicated clusters, bare-metal performance, multi-region deployment, and SLA contracts. Aethir has currently deployed over 435,000 GPU containers in more than 200 regions across 93 countries, supporting mainstream high-end computing hardware including NVIDIA H100, H200, B200, and B300.The listing of Axe Compute is seen as the first time decentralized GPU infrastructure has entered the mainstream enterprise market in the form of a publicly traded company in the U.S. The official statement indicates that Axe Compute will serve as the front-end delivery and contract entity for enterprises, while Aethir will continue as the underlying decentralized computing power infrastructure, introducing an enterprise-level computing power delivery model that complies with U.S. public company governance and compliance frameworks. With the official launch of the new brand and ticker symbol, the company expects to demonstrate the scalability of its infrastructure model in the future and further expand its enterprise client needs.
